CONDITIONS FOR LONG-TERM RENTAL
To qualify for the rental of the property, it is important to take into account the following conditions:
Duration: long-term contract, with a minimum expected stay of 12 months, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Down payments: at the time of formalising the rental, the following must be paid:
- A monthly deposit payment.
- An additional monthly payment as a guarantee of payment.
- The monthly payment corresponding to the month of entry.
Accreditation of solvency: before organising the visit, it will be necessary to provide documentation that allows the economic capacity of the future tenants to be accredited. The amount of the monthly rent must not exceed **33% of the total monthly net income of the tenant unit.
Pets are not allowed.
Insurance and legal protection: non-payment of rent, protection against occupation and legal defence must be contracted, with an approximate cost of €350 per year that the tenant must assume, subject to the conditions and confirmation of the insurance company.
If these conditions are met and financial solvency can be accredited, we will be happy to coordinate a visit to the property.
